2. Description of Service

Medicsense provides AI-powered clinical assistance tools, including document digitization, clinical reasoning, and research drafting. Our tools are designed to assist, not replace, professional clinical judgment. Users are solely responsible for all diagnostic and treatment decisions.

3. User Obligations

• You must be a licensed healthcare professional or an authorized researcher to use our clinical tools.
• You agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NDPR) when uploading patient data. You must anonymize or obtain explicit consent for any personally identifiable information (PII) before using our tools.
• You will not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary AI models or software.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard; however, fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medicsense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
